Robin Bailey

Director of Capricorn and journalist for more than 28 years, Robin currently works at the BBC as a sports reporter, presenter and trainer working on BBC News Channel,  BBC World and BBC1's Final Score. Robin is also the voice of the Premier League Preview, which is broadcast to more than 200 countries, and appears on Sky Sports channels in the UK. Robin is an experienced journalist and has interviewed people from all walks of life - Lord Sebastian Coe, Elton John, and Bernie Ecclestone, among his interviewees.

Following the conclusion of the Hutton Report, Robin was asked by the BBC to train fellow journalists on the procedures for dealing with breaking news. His huge journalistic experience continues to be used at the BBC as he trains new production and reporting staff as well as high profile sports stars such as four time Olympic gold medallist, Sir Matthew Pinsent.

As a television and radio broadcaster, Robin has covered many of the world's great sporting events including Football, Cricket and Rugby World Cups, the Olympics, Paralympics and Commonwealth Games.
